1. Services

Armonia provides interior design, furniture sourcing, and project management services. All services are subject to a signed contract and agreed-upon terms.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Typical structure: 30% deposit, 40% during execution, 30% upon completion.

3. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by Armonia remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

4. Liability

While we strive for excellence, Armonia is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in individual contracts. Deposits are non-refundable after work commences.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Prague.
